Are they supposed to look like that?

Yes. Every crooked eye and lopsided grin is drawn that way. A pillow that arrived damaged is a different thing, and we replace those free.

How do the pack discounts work?

Put any 3 of the cast in your cart and 15% comes off at checkout. The whole wonky family of 5 takes 20% off. No code. It happens on its own.

I caught the flying pillow. Now what?

When does my pillow arrive?

Each one is made when you order it. Most orders leave the workshop in 2–5 business days, then spend a few more in the mail. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it ships. Details on the shipping page.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Send a photo through the contact page within 30 days and we send a replacement free.

How do I wash it?

Covers: machine wash cold, gentle cycle, air dry. Whole pillows: spot clean. The cast does not enjoy the dryer.

Do the pillows really travel?

We don’t explain the photos.
